Abstract: Based on the idea that school organizations should comply with their
education objectives, i.e. the process subjects go through from heteronomy
to autonomy, this work analyzes, in the first place, how education
institutions lose their ways and confuse their job with the application of a
mere normative order by means of a “liquefaction” (transformation-devaluation)
of academic knowledge and curriculum for the sake of a good
social channeling and disciplining. Secondly, it suggests a reversal in the
design or adoption of organization management strategies which should
derive from the observation that there is a persistent reversion liquefying
those order attempts in the chaos, instead of emerging from the attempts
to impose order upon chaos. Thus, the pedagogical project would develop
within a perpetual project of political emancipation.
